Name & Shame / And those that rock

Bulldog suck because I told them to cancel my ADSL on the 12th of March, and yet it remained connected throughout April. When I queried this, they said "Oops, we forgot to disconnect you. We'll do this, and won't bill you for it."
Then they billed me for it, and I yelled at them, and they said oops again.
Then today £40 was deducted from my bank account by them. AARGH.
They haven't responded to my latest email yet.
Smile (the bank) suck because I canceled the Direct Debits that Bulldog had, weeks ago. Yet they still permitted Bulldog to debit me. They haven't responded to my email yet (but it's only been a few hours).
InsureAndGo.com suck because I took out travel insurance with them over the phone on the 17th of April (while I was waiting in the airport to leave). They said they'd email me the policy details, and SMS the policy number too. Neither occurred, and they haven't responded to my email yet.
ROCKIN'
* Thom Yorke's solo album, The Eraser.
* The little girl who hopped out of her family's people-carrier near the pack of lions and allowed us all to see some real activity. (She was fine.. and so were the photos :)
* Songbird, for finally writing an open-source music player that runs on OSX, and doesn't suck.
* Reagan & MBM for providing working web/smtp services when the commercial services wouldn't.
* my MacBook, for valiantly putting up with me lugging it around and running waaay too much on it at once.
