Brokenness (excised version)

Was intending to go to either the Foundry for one experimental electronica night, or else the other bleepy night I mentioned previously. We didn't want to rush though, and it got too late.
Discovered that Annie, my flatmate who has never been to slimelight, was interested in checking it out, so mock2 took her there, and Carrie and I met her there shortly after. I had a reasonable time, but headed home at about 4:30am when I'd had enough.

I didn't have a huge night out, but have been feeling like i've had a bad comedown anyway. Generally feeling lonely and rejected and very grumpy.

Going to make some coffee and toast now, and to try and cheer up.

Wish you'd stayed. Carrie was excellent pub-company though, and set me straight on a few things I needed to be set straight on.

BTW, the not-coming-home was my fault, at least partly. Josh and I promised Carrie a lift home, then kept upgrading our leaving time in half-hour increments... sorry.

I left because i didn't feel like hanging around at slimes. It happens.

If I'd known people were going to be at the pub all bloody sunday, i would have come down at 11am! But every message I got was giving the impression people were "leaving soon", so i hung around at home..

Never trust anyone. They told me I couldn't have a pint at 10.30 because we were leaving 'soon'.

Next time I'm going to tell Joel how long it is until I'm driving somewhere, not the other way round.
