At last I have been vindicated as a craftswoman! The Corkindale and Sivers families have been making this sort of brandy butter for ages!
Pour and stir till it tastes right!
Not sure if you ate BB in the olden Oz days Toby?

Yes, I remember some from Christmases past.
Mine had the approximate look and consistency of some kind of porridge, but was well received at the xmas dinner I went to. :)
