[LJ2ME] London

Why are there huge traffic jams in London past 11pm on a weeknight?

Because it is raining lightly.

Is one of the bridges or tunnels closed?

I dunno - what bit were you in? I was on the number 94 bus going westbound along Oxford St at about 7.30 last night ,and got off in a huff after it just DID NOT MOVE for about 15 minutes, and showed no sign of being about to.

Seeing as how I don't remember making this post, I don't know! whoops. drinking on empty stomach is BAD.

I saw traffic jams in London at 3am once. I was most impressed.
