I have actually read about 75% of these (can't seem to be able to underline or embolden but that's my technical failure.....but not all the Bible or Shakespeare, how much counts as a yes? I would add "The Earthsea" books by Ursula Le Guin, the Foundation books by Asimov, and I have just discovered Pierre Mangan, a very gothic/magic realism French writer - see The Murdered House and its strange sequel Beyond the Grave....books that stay with you...
