I feel tired. This has been a busy weekend.
Thursday - british motorshow, then to the pub for Avalon's birthday drinks.
Out friday until dawn at Yardcore in brixton.
Saturday - picked up new sunglasses and glasses from Specsavers, browsed around Camden, went for coffee and pizza.
Saturday night - Mocktor's birthday party, almost as late as friday night. Took the motorbike down, as it's the only sane way of getting BACK from darkest south london..
Sunday - shopping (space blankets, shorts, summer gloves, and a failed attempt at summer motorbike boots).
Then server failures.. ended up going to the pub (camden) with laptop, and when the power came back, sorted things out remotely. yay. Then went to another pub briefly (angel), then to the cinema to see the second pirate movie.
I wasn't the only guy at the pub who was dealing with fall-out from Level3's outage.

Almost all of the above were travelled to and from via motorbike or bicycle, and I feel like I've travelled a lot lately. Particularly around the Aldgate gyratory system.

Also, I now have four pairs of motorcycle gloves. This feels excessive, but..
They're for:
* Sub-zero temperatures (incl long motorway trips in v.cold and/or wet conditions)
* "Cold" conditions.
* "Warm" conditions.
* And the new pair, for "really bloody hot" conditions.

Oh well. I'm failing to find a fair of "proper" motorcycle boots that look like they'd be OK for hot weather though. Currently I'm just wearing sturdy hiking shoes or 10-hole DMs, but I know I really shouldn't..
