Cycling
On Monday I rode over to Reagan's place, then we cycled up to Hampstead Heath, and through it to the Spaniard's Inn pub, where we enjoyed a few pints and some nice food (and poor service), then wobbled back home again.
I know I'm unfit, but even so, I was left totally destroyed after riding up several miles of steep hill. The downhill return took no time at all though!
My bike computer says I covered 14.5 miles; not much really, but six of those were uphill, damnit!
After arriving home, I went to have a lie down, and managed to fall asleep until late at night. That ruined my chances of getting an early night.. but I did get into work on time this morning, just.
I'm still feeling excited and motivated by work; this is a good thing.
