(no subject)

I have new glasses.
They have really noticeable colour fringing (lateral chromatic abberations) on the boundary of bright and dark things. For example, a window frame -the left side of the frame will have a blue border, and the right side will have a yellow border.

I find this rather annoying.. if I bought a camera lens that did this, I'd ask for my money back!
.. am wondering if I can do that with these glasses?

Does anyone else get this? My previous glasses have never done it..
