Buying contact lenses online..
Any recommendations? Any places to avoid?
Also - There are loads of different brands of daily and monthly contacts out there now.
I used to have trouble with my eyes being very irritated by contacts - not just at first, but even after regularly wearing them for months. Plus dry-eye syndrome. I did try some contact solution that claimed to be better at reducing that, but it was recalled by the manufacturer as it caused higher rates of eye disease. :(
Can you recommend any contacts that are particularly good at avoiding those problems?
Also - I've totally lost my (prescription) sunglasses, and Specsavers are being a pain about making me new ones (due to my prescription being from a foreign optometrist). If I can't get hold of some by Glade (week and a half away) I'll be v.unhappy! If you see my sunnies lying around your house, please let me know?
They're probably in a green case with "SpecSavers" or "ANDREW GRIFFITHS OPTOMETRISTS" written on top of them. The sunnies themselves are gunmetal rims with dark polarized lenses, in a fairly conventional style.
