I cycled about 20 miles yesterday.
Along the canal from the Kingsland rd bridge, to Angel. Then from Angel to Camden Town, met up with Reagan, and we followed the canal all the way to the Grand Union pub in westbourne park. Then we broke away from the canal, went to Portobello road for food, then down to Hyde Park, around that a bit, then up Edgware road to Regents Park, around there back to the canal, and then back along to Reagan's house.. I eventually rode the rest of the way home much later.
I'm still really quite unfit.
