the Calling
Jun. 24th, 2005 07:55 pmRode the Hornet up to Cambridge after work on Thursday, and went to The Calling.
Very hot in there, but danced a bit to some of the sillier tracks that were played. I had a nice night, and it was good to be out of London, and catch up with friends up there.
Chilled out at Jo's place for a bit on Friday morning till the rain cleared, then rode back to London.
It's quite a nice easy journey, and the scenery on the edge of the M11 is reasonable countryside. I think I can get to Cambridge from my door in only slightly more time than it takes me to get from my house to Kings Cross train station in London.
Not quite sure what to do with the weekend..
