Dreams

Hmm, continuing to have strange dreams.
This morning's was interesting, as I can quite easily see where some of the influences come from.
I was in some kind of large theme park / adventure playground, with other people, and some friends, and some lemurs too. There was some stuff going on, but inbetween confusing wanders thru the place, I was apparently trying to come up with a self-portrait photo, and actually tried out various concepts.

The cool thing is, I was trying to think of some interesting self-portrait ideas a couple of weeks ago, for photochallenge, but was busy and didn't really come up with much inspiration. However in the dream I came up with at least a couple of good ideas. I was quite happy about this, this morning, but I now realise I can only remember one of them. Bother.

(The idea involved finding some large walls made from large regular concrete slabs, likewise the ground, and managing to combine the right angle with these to get an interesting perspective effect (looking down at say a kind of 45 degree angle) + me. I think the lemur kept messing with the camera though.)

I hope I can remember the other one.

I was late for work again.

Fairly productive day today. Have sorted out a few problems, written some decent code, and although we still won't make the milestone tomorrow, I'm closer than I thought I would be, and there have been outside issues, like the hardware being late, the translations being late, and people faffing around and not settling on specs until the last minute. The test dataset works OK though. Still a long way to go before the whole thing is properly finished though.
And I'll be so glad to see the back of it once it's done and dusted.

However I've now realised I'm hungry, don't have lights on my bicycle, and it's dark outside.

Whoops. Anyway, hometime, Yay!
