Mar. 8th, 2005 07:47 pmI have a Celeron 333 MHz desktop machine that's not being used, and is just sitting in a corner. I don't think it has any memory in it currently, but does have a harddisk, motherboard, video, sound, network, cdrom, power supply, and other such mod cons, situated inside a slimline case. Some people may recall this machine was the DSL gateway at Poet's Road, Foxley Close, and my current residence for a while, so it worked reasonably well.. It's just getting a bit dated, and hasn't been used for at least six months. Might be useful to someone?
I also appear to have an ISA Soundblaster AWE32, PCI 3Dfx Voodoo 2, assorted internal modems, and some other junk.
There's also a motherboard with a K6-450 MHz CPU on it, although i don't recommend it, as the ALi chipset has a chronically slow and unreliable I/O throughput. Still, it works enough for a basic router-box or something.
All this is yours for a song*, but must be collected from my house.
