Jun. 29th, 2004 03:57 pmI spent most of yesterday scrubbing mud off stuff, forgetting to eat, feeling exhausted, and breaking my bed.
Today I feel a little bit crap.
This morning my motorbike had a flat tyre, and I was already running late for work.
I can't fill in my timesheets for the previous two weeks because (a) I can't remember what I did two weeks ago, to 15 min granularity, and (b) because the job codes I'm supposed to be charging to have become locked, because they're too long ago. (I didn't do the time sheets earlier because I was waiting for them to give me the job codes for something else)
This machine running stupid fucking FreeBSD has completely screwed up an upgrade of perl, apache, and mod_perl. I am now left with a completely useless development system. Woot.
The cleaners threw out a box which still contained the manual and adaptors for a huge, expensive, new, tape backup drive. Although they deny it of course.
The motherboard I sold for £8.50 on EBay and posted before I went to glastonbury is being problematic for the guy who bought it - it worked fine here before I posted it, and was well packed, so it's probably something in his setup or settings, but he doesn't see it that way. aargh.
And I don't have any mints at work and am chewing through my fingernails. Chewed, even.
Aaargh! Let me go home already..
(Glastonbury update will follow soonish, when I'm not stressed)
