Glastonbury farce, cont'd

Having checked the mailserver logs, it turns out that they did send a confirmation email, but it was sent from a BT dial-up direct to my MX (rather than thru BT's mailservers), EHELO'ed as nobody.com, and was bounced because of those.

However my wonderful housemate Annie spent an hour on the phone on Sunday and managed to get through to the ticket helpline, and confirmed that herself, carrie, and I all have tickets.

Yay! :D
