Grrr, Bulldog DSL..
Mar. 1st, 2004 05:42 pmA while ago I mentioned that Bulldog messed up on the install/transfer by emailing the wrong address with info. When I got them to correct this, they still didn't send me the direct debit mandate form.
(It had to be changed because i upgraded from 1Mbit to 2Mbit, thus different amount for the standing order.)
I emailled them to say "yo, you twits, i *want to pay you so i don't get disconnected*, so send me the bloody form!" (OK, so i said it in a lot more words, and explained the situation and so forth)
Several weeks later I receive a reply, today. It is an obvious form letter, and it says:
This email is to notify you that payment for your monthly Bulldog ADSL
service will be taken out of your nominated bank account or
credit/debit card on or around the 10^th of each month.
Unfortunately, the date of which payment is collected can not be
changed due to the automated nature of our billing system.
Uhhh. I'd like to see you try, guys.
