I'm getting the hang of this haggling shit.
We managed to get the landlord to agree that the house would be cleaned, painted, and re-furnished with double-beds, wardrobes, and *two* couches for the lounge, whilst also knocking £50/week off the asking rent. (Although the letting agent had originally liedsuggested the place was actually less initially and only mentioned the higher rate when we said we were interested.

Now the hard part.. What colour do I like? :)
