dryfterI like my UK bank. They're the only competant company in the UK.
I sent them an email yesterday, saying that I was worried my ATM card was going to expire in January, and that I was going to be on holiday in Australia..
I received a reply to the email promptly, and when I arrived home yesterday evening, discovered a new card waiting for me.
You don't get that sort of service from NatWest or HSBC!
