flashfix

I've been receiving emails (and now even one LJ comment) from people asking about flashfix, the little patch program i wrote for macromedia flash a few weeks ago.
I thought that I must be crap, and no-one could use it, if i was getting these emails. Then I thought to check the ratio of downloaded copies, to emails... and discovered that since it was mentioned on the Mozilla site not long ago, I've had 2000 downloads!

I think I need to write a little FAQ though.

write up the FAQ and I can pass it along to someone who actually works at Macromedia (if you want, that is)

Thanks.. but the little program just patches Macromedia's Linux flash plugin so it's not requiring an ancient library. The FAQ I will write will just be about how to use the patch.

Macromedia really need to get around to releasing a newer version of their plugin for Mozilla/Netscape on Linux.
